Official Lake County dockets, settings, copies, and case files must come from the court office that maintains them. This private reference resource cannot access a court system or act for a clerk. The routing information below identifies when to use the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk and where to find the guides for a court date, case lookup, or record request.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Here's where to route the requests most people ask about in Lake County:

  • A docket sheet: use the case lookup routing steps and request the docket from the clerk that keeps the trial file
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: identify the court, then use a case lookup request by case number or party name
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

For Circuit and General Sessions dockets and records, contact the Lake County Circuit Court Clerk, 229 Church Street, P.O. Box 11, Tiptonville, TN 38079, 731-253-7137.
